Job Vacancy For Curtains, Blinds & Shutter Fitters & Sales Surveyors Across Yorkshire

Are you looking for curtain, blinds, and shutter jobs in Yorkshire? Apply now and work for a local independent Curtain and Blinds company that is passionate about interiors in your area. Due to growth, we are recruiting for two new positions.

For Sales Surveyors, you will visit customers in their homes to advise on, measure and install a wide range of bespoke curtains, blinds and shutters.

For Fitters, you will collect the products from our Mapplewell showroom near Barnsley once the products are manufactured. You will then provide customers with expert fitting and customer service at the agreed-upon time within their homes.

We offer excellent rates of pay and are near the Wakefield, Huddersfield, Leeds, Penistone, or Barnsley areas—ideal for West Yorkshire or South Yorkshire-based individuals looking for a new challenge.

Curtain, Blinds & Shutter Fitters Wanted In Yorkshire

We offer excellent pay rates for fitter West Yorkshire & South Yorkshire positions.

We require 30-40 hours per week, but we can be flexible on the days and your hours as long as they suit our customers.

  • Ideally, previous experience with fitting curtains, blinds or shutters is preferable, although training will be provided.
  • You must have a full driving license and be able to drive as you will be travelling to visit customers at their homes.
  • Precise measuring and numeric skills are essential.
  • You will be visiting customers at home, so you should be bright, presentable and confident with customers in a friendly customer service manner.

Curtain, Blinds & Shutter Sales Surveyor Wanted In Yorkshire

We offer excellent pay rates for field-based Sales Surveyors in West Yorkshire & South Yorkshire positions.

We require 30-40 hours per week, but we can be flexible on the days and your hours as long as they suit our customers. Your main duties will be field-based, including going to customers' homes to show samples, advise on products, take measurements, and create quotations. There may be some office work from our showroom in Mapplewell and follow-up sales activity.

  • Ideally, previous customer-facing sales experience is required.
  • Any industry experience with home interiors, curtains, blinds, shutters, retail or within the home and garden sector would be advantageous.
  • Precise measuring and numeric skills are essential, although training will be provided.
  • You will be visiting customers at home, so you must be professional, presentable and confident with customers and possess a friendly manner.
  • Great communication and literacy skills are essential.
